As you can see in the video clip below, we wanted to bring guests on a journey from the beach to the shore and finally UNDER The Sea!

Guests entered down a prop dock, passing a 5’ custom 3D Sand-Sculpture, Exotic Flowers, Orchids & Hibiscus trees in the cocktail foyer, Ocean Sound-effects & moving water-lights under their tables & draping, and finally into the astounding & fully immersive ballroom design with nearly 100’ of projected visuals, consistent blue lighting design & custom acrylic & sand centerpieces that made guests truly feel UNDER The Sea!

To add some extra emotion, we contracted a Bahamian Singer & steel Drum player to perform the classic Disney song ‘Under The Sea’ as the doors opened & guests entered their Ocean Oasis!
