The most notable achievements in the areas of recognition, revenue and contribution-to-society would include being honored as 2011’s Finalist for BEST ENTERTAINMENT PROGRAM IN FLORIDA, a $30,000 event fully produced by A Hot Party for Ed Morse Corporate, and a 2-day fundraiser in West Virginia with client Chad Pennington which raised over $200,000 for local charities.

How do you set goals and how do you measure goals?

In the creatively expressive offices of A Hot Party, goals are constantly being envisioned, time-lined, and regularly checked upon to make sure our goals are met & often exceeded.  To adapt to the seasonal nature of the event business, A Hot Party typically works with quarterly-structured goals  This gives A Hot Party a framework to stay ahead of the game by always planning the next quarter’s strategic moves.  A Hot Party’s ability to envision & push new goals to production is the reason for its rapid growth over the last few years. Two main factors that have helped this process are “The Idea Board,” and “The Mission Shelf.” 

The Idea Board is a tool in which many metaphorical ‘light-bulbs’ are turned into structured goals with an analysis of cost & benefit.  If an idea is deemed valuable to the growth of the company, that concept is then moved into its own binder on “The Mission Shelf.”

The Mission Shelf is a literal ‘shelf’ in the President’s open-door office that holds a constant flow of great plans.  Once committed to a binder, each plan is analyzed by the advisory board to develop a finite action-plan, including stages to completion, helpful resources, and expected results.  Once a goal has been analyzed & broken down into small achievable action-plans with a number of helpful resources , there is no reason it should not be actualized.

Locally, A Hot Party has been praised by dozens of non-profit groups for their help in fund-raising, both behind the scenes & center-stage. A full list of our non-profit partners is available upon request.

Globally, A Hot Party was an instrumental force in the fundraising efforts to build a computer lab in Ghana, Africa, April 2010. It also made efforts to help organize fundraisers at no charge after the recent natural disasters in Haiti & Japan. 

Financially, A Hot Party has employed hundreds of local independent contractors since 2006, and has contributed $1,002,792.00 in revenue back to its community, as of July 25, 2011.  Its 5-year plan includes a mission to embrace South Florida as a destination for the rest of the world & invite corporate meeting planners to Florida’s sun-kissed paradise for their incentive & education meetings, with A Hot Party managing their travel, destination & activities during their stay.  With multi-day corporate meetings ranging in the $100,000-$500,000 revenue range, South Florida’s hospitality industry will surely benefit from the continued growth of A Hot Party. 

What is your company's and your personal community involvement?

A Hot Party was honored to boast over $20,000 in direct contributions to philanthropic events in South Florida. As a professional emcee, motivator & auctioneer, Spencer Kramer graciously offers his talents to any local non-profit organization 100% Complimentary!  Community involvement is very important to A Hot Party. It has developed a guide called “Fundraising 101,” which gives non-profits a framework to organize, evaluate & delegate opportunities in fundraising.  A Hot Party’s inspiration & expertise in the realm of fundraising has surely made an impact on the local community. The Kramer family is honored to have helped raise well over $1,000,000.00 for deserving causes! 

Due to pre-existing commitments, Kramer was unable to accept the nomination of ‘Man-of-the-Year’ by the Leukemia & Lymphoma Foundation’s annual fundraising competition between the ‘movers-&-shakers’ of South Florida. Kramer has however re-scheduled this opportunity into his 2012 plan.
