A Hot Party has produced events internationally… was spotlighted in "The BEST of 2010" BizBash Magazine… and in 2011, was named a Finalist for "BEST ENTERTAINMENT PROGRAM in Florida" by BizBash Event-Style-Awards!
Most important to us though, is the fact that we've helped raise over a Million dollars for charity through our Casino Night Fund-Raisers!
With the rejuvenating spirit, creativity & leadership of Spencer Kramer (named CEO in 2006) A Hot Party has grown exponentially, both in scope of events & quality of relationships.
Our mission is to "provide one-of-a-kind event production & entertainment by personalizing every event to our clients' unique desires, providing relentless customer service, and delivering our contagious enthusiasm to all party guests!"
Meet The Team:
Spencer Kramer – President
Spencer is the creative force & passionate leader behind A Hot Party! As a 3rd generation Event Producer, Spencer has been working Casino Parties since the age of 15. After graduating from Florida State with degrees in Business Administration and Marketing, Spencer took over Aristocratic Casino with goals of building the family company into a full service event production & entertainment firm in 2006. With Spencer’s relentless work-ethic & youthful creativity, A Hot Party has done just that, expanding inventory & operations to delight over 200 clients in 2009.
Client Relations & Customer Service is the driving force behind A Hot Party! Spencer says, “There is a great satisfaction in knowing that I can call nearly any past client & be greeted with love & enthusiasm… because that’s exactly what I put into their special event, my love & enthusiasm!”
Spencer’s Favorite Event-Memory was his first ‘large-budget’ Themed Production; Dancing with the Stars at the exclusive Port Royal Club; Naples FL. After months of preparation & 2 days of on-site set-up (including constructing a 13' illuminated Staircase, 13' crescent moon, fiber-optic drape & 3-D stars hanging from the ceiling), Spencer’s vision came together perfectly! “I remember seeing faces shocked with excitement… I felt electrified & knew I was hooked for life!” Spencer says.

Meryl Kramer – Office Manager
Meryl is behind the scenes making sure every contract is on schedule, and all balances are paid. Meryl also acts as chief purchasing agent, responsible for bringing you creative items such as our Magnetic Photobooth-Strips, Bamboo-Building station, and a variety of other creative props & custom give-aways. Meryl is available Monday-Friday 9:am-5:pm, should you need a copy of our business license, proof-of-insurance, or have any questions regarding your payments or receipts.
Meryl’s Favorite Event-Memory was the perfectly timed ALL-THAT-JAZZ Performance just before the New-Years’ Ball Drop (projected via. Satellite) immediately followed by a Firework display and Bahamian Junkanoo! (All while on a Private Island in the middle of nowhere).

George Ivanoff – Event Manager
George is a resourceful blend of interpersonal wit & strategic vision. He is a Six-Sigma certified green belt and is involved in building business systems to ensure 100% process efficiency. George possesses the leadership skills & quick thinking needed to manage dynamic special events. With extensive operational training in the corporate world, and over 13 years of customer service experience, George is sure to DELIVER when it comes to your event needs.
George’s Favorite Event-Memory was the “Mad Men” themed Fox Super Bowl Soiree hosted at Bova Prime in Fort Lauderdale. “The Custom printed gaming tables with the event’s logo was very well received by all guests,” George says.

Josh Israel – Casino Operations Manager

Josh’s Favorite Event-Memory was producing Chad Pennington's Celebrity Bowl & Casino Night, 2-day Fundraiser in West Virginia. After two back-to-back events, the guys of A Hot Party got to enjoy some quality time with some of the greatest Miami Dolphins players of all time, including Mark 'Super' Duper, Dwight Stephenson, Louis Oliver, Sam Madison, Keith Byars, Tony Nathan and Patrick Surtain.
George Popescu – Electrical Engineer
George Popescu has a passion for creation! In his early twenties, George designed a functional Satellite & became the only household in Communist Romania with Cable T.V.
He later worked as an electrical engineer for Lockheed Martin, before making his way to the United States and 'sparking a connection' with A Hot Party!
George designed A Hot Party's new VIDEO-BOOTH, and is currently working on another unique concept in Event Video-Entertainment. George has also been working on a personal "Secret Project" for over 15 years (that he still won't let us in on).
George's "Most-Memorable" Event-Moment was the Cliff Drysdale Tennis Fund-Raiser in Weston, FL, where he single-handedly caused a Blackjack table full of 'mature' women to cheer & laugh so vigorously… one of them literally fainted & collapsed right into the arms of Spencer Kramer, knocking him to the ground as he caught her! *We couldn't make this stuff up… there's witnesses.
Adriana Torres – Social Media Manager

Adriana’s Favorite Event-Memory was our Friends Of The I.D.F. Fundraiser, where she got to mingle with such interesting people, including the young Israeli Soldiers flown into the event.
Glenn Fleischer – Community Outreach
Glenn’s role with A Hot Party is to help develop our local & global outreach programs & community involvement. Glenn holds a degree in business finance & a Masters in Business Administration. His genuine interpersonal skills & sincere desire to better our world have created many lasting relationships with local philanthropists & non-profit leaders. In 2010, Glenn successful led a campaign to fund a Computer Lab in Otumi, Ghana. This monumental achievement, shared with the U.S. Peace Corp, is the first of many Global Philanthropic initiatives under our umbrella “ALL-IN-FOR-EDUCATION” (Annual Poker Tournament TBA). Our goal is to empower & promote the long-term self-sufficiency of underdeveloped countries, by enhancing their access to the global marketplace.
Glenn’s Favorite Event-Memory was our Roaring 20's production in the Bahama's where he managed a red-carpet entrance filled with unique Inter-Actors including a Mob of Gangsters, Flapper Girls suspended from the ceiling on Swings, Kitty-Kat Go-Go-Dancers, and Bruno the 9' Stilt-Walking Muscle!
